You don't need to bake the headlight to take off the rubber ring seal. Just simply twist it off counter clockwise. It's just a seal to prevent moisture from getting in and it's located where you put in your bulbs (it should be like3-4 inches in diameter).

I think I get what you're saying now. You use the bulb area to access the inside to dry the sucker. I suppose that is a good idea, however the inside of that headlamp is quite dingy from the condensation, is there an easy way to clean the inside without having to open her up? I'm thinking high pressure spray w/ anti calcium detergent or something? Maybe a soak?
