I somewhat remedied the problem. After filling up all the tires with proper pressure, the steering wheel was centered for the most part. Good news, but i think i might need an alignment

Tires are what contact the road, uneven wear (due to under or over inflation) will only add to your alignment issues. The reason it may not be 100% fixed is because of the already uneven wear pattern on your tires.

i have the same problem leaning to the right, after i get an alignment done it seems better but slowly returns back to the same place. I am thinking ok down the steering rack bushings, how much should i expect to pay for t his?

Steering rack bushings don't run too much. Daizens or OEM are about $50 or less I believe.
