Wow. Both cars look amazing.
The white car looks great with the authentic Vertex kit. Great to see one that fits after seeing so many pics of SC's with knockoffs. Very sharp. The wheels are definately a unique choice that compliament the car very well. Beautiful car.
The black car is very nice as well, loving the AC kit, wheels, tails, and of course the IC we can see through the front bumper...

awsome looking cars but im i like the white one more.....im a bit biased i think. i would slam them white one a bit more. have the wheel super flush with the fender. to make sure it a "proper" fit you do the "pinky test".....if you can fit more then a pinky between the wheel and the fender its a no go. need better offset wheels or lower the car. makes the car very hard to drive but looks amazing...just for the fact that you can still drive it. lol. 
actually a would love to see the white one with the top of the car black like the 240 guys do it with the s13 hatchbacks. the pillars and the roof painted black. photoshop anyone?

NO TO KNOCK-OFFS 
The automotive aftermarket industry won't go anywhere if everyone just copies each others' ideas... and I don't mean using details (e.g. body kits) for inspiration but not blatant imitations. Knock-offs = not cool 
The two cars are looking fine though, very very nice. I'll be hopefully be adding another black SC with AC to the CL ranks sometime next year

As I look through the different pictures, seening how close the cars get to get to each other. I have to ask did the cars mate after?
If they did do they make a baby sc300 or a sc430? Will the car be gray with blue head lights?
