50k for ANY car; built or bought - what a waste of $

There may come a time in your life when it isnt that big of a deal. Dont sell yourself short

 

I have already passed that with mine, and it is not quite done...

But soon, and what a makeover...even with the interior...Lots of new stuff coming now, quickly, and not even mentioned yet in this thread...

i probably could have put 50k in the sc300 over a few years... but i just picked up another car instead of putting more and more money into a car thats 14yrs old.

 

Have not built a 50K SC (yet) One motor is on the stand and the other one is at the shop getting punched.

 

20k more and im there, UGG Not good i shouldnt have spent as much as i have. I cant ever help myself, and im building a couple other cars to. Someone stop me!

Its been "pocket change" over the course of years. To plop
down 50K as a budget on a build, might have been another
story.

 

And counting!!! i'm sure i will be in that neighborhood of spending at some point in time. I have absolutely no interest in ever selling or trading this car. After 10 years of ownership, my interest in spending that money on this particular car would be to totally restore,recover and update all the amenities by way of customized sound,wheels,paint,re-insulation,suspension,lighting,interior and engine performancew/turbo v8(some of these items have already been covered).
i will purchase other cars but this sc 400 will not be complete until the vision for it is met and exceeded!

 

I'm not going to anwser this one because the reality sucks!
