Taka,

I just looked at your pic sequence. Good job on the document....but there is absolutely no need to cut those 17-22 pins for the LED. It just bends out of the way and the white housing comes out. Simple.

As for the bulbs....I dont cut those leads either...you heat the solder up with the pencil tip iron...then use the solder vaccum to suck up the molten solder .....then the bulbs just drop out. There are holes in the board and the new bulbs install very easy.
