**UPDATE**
A different Mike that is really high up in the ranks at fedex called and said he saw this post and told me to find another seat and its basicly mine. He said he got email after email from people worked underneath him telling him about this post and felt really bad and wants to make it up to me.
So now the hunt is on for another soarer seat. haha

ahhaa..wow..when i read your first post i was like..that really sucks that you lost all that and you lost so much money. but now..after reading your other post..thats very nice of them to refund you the shipping, plus get you another seat. lets just hope they actually follow through with it! haha..sorry for all the bad luck

Fed Ex screwed me on tires that I ordered a while back also. Had a tracking order that showed they suddenly disappeared at the home delivery hub. Fed Ex gave me that run around for months due to insurance. Couldnt blame the seller, he did his job. Never did get a reimbursement. Lost hundreds! Hope someone's enjoying my 19" Nittos!
