I think you need the foam from a 97+ but not sure. Most people just leave it off. You will probably want the foglights and grill that don't come with the bumper - about $300 for those parts alone... You can reuse brackets and bolts.

thanks so much. i've noticed that lexus of omaha doesnt exactly have a parts catalogue.. would it be totally dumb to order out of Lexus of Pembroke Pines in FL? may be a dumb question but the bumper is only 267

You are very welcome - glad I could help

I ordered my entire 97+ upgrade from Pembroke Pines. The shipping was VERY reasonable and I saved a lot of money over buying it from my local Lexus dealership. The bumper isn't bad, it is the fogs and grill that make it very pricey (But well worth it .)

Don't forget to add the price of paint on top of that too

yeah im wondering how much this is REALLY gonna cost me. i also need to get the 97 spoiler *sigh* too much to get...not enough $$$

with a 97 conversion w/ spoiler and tail lights i came to 1209 with out the spoiler and the rear tail lights i came to 563..reasonable at best but this is without paint or installation

When you do the complete conversion - it is serious money. I changed EVERYTHING on my exterior to 97+. I am installing it myself though.

You NEED the tails - just doesn't look right without them. Spoiler you can get on ebay for cheap.

I try not to think how much I dropped on mine - but know when it is all put together it will have been worthwhile. Now if I could just find some time to work on it

Lexus of Omaha is a joke for us SC guys...they cater to the 04 and up ES, LS and RX crowds. Definately go with Pembroke Pines...the best prices, great customer service and super fast shipping (even here to Omaha).

If you're shipping a bumper, ship it to whoever is going to do the work. Then again, you could ship it to me and I'll make sure it fits...

Definately am praying for them. My sister was in Bath and Body Works at the time of the shooting and it scared the hell out of me till I got ahold of her. Just awful to think that someone is capable of doing that just because he wanted to 'go out in style'.

But back to the topic at hand, take it to a body shop to have it done. I don't know of anyone off hand in Omaha to recommend since I always use Tracy's in Lincoln. By far the best but not neccessarily the cheapest. Personally, I wouldn't go to either of the dealers for bodywork.
