MyLexSC3 or any other members, is your rear window tint in one sheet or is it to strips?

Just talked to the owner of the shop...she is actually more reasonable to talk to than the tech. She states that a tech cut his hand on a previous job trying to remove the brake housing. Their policy is if it is not easily removed then they would not cover up the third brake light. Because of my incident they would posted and inform the customer prior to tinting the car which I think they should have done that in the first place.
Oh well, now I really don't want to remove the film just in case it will mess up the rear defroster (much more expensive to fix). You don't notice it from afar so I guess I'll live with it.
Does it look bad if in the future, I have a more 'qualified' tinter just tint the little brake area???

Urgent question.
My car has been tinted with maaco film. It's been a over a month already. The rear window looks really bad. There are air gaps around the rear defrosters. The shop guy told me that lexus' rear defroster have thicker material than normal cars and that's the cause of it. I totally disagree but i do not have any proof to prove him wrong.
Do any of you guys have the same problem?
thanks

i have my car tinted also, and i think my guy either removed the third brake light to install, or he just cut around it really well. I have mine done in one sheet.
You shouldn't have bubbles in your window tint, its probably of cheap quality or something. There are ones where there is a lifetime guarantee that there's no air bubbles, ever.
