removing fender?

Default removing fender?

can someone tell me how hard it is to remove the passenger side fender on a 1993 sc300? Thankss!

remove headlight, there should be a bolt or two for the fender in that area, 3 bolts on top, 2 bolts where the door area and one bolt underside. Its been years since ive taken of the SC fender though.

you have to remove the bumper on that side as well.

It's harder putting the fender back on then it is taking it off. I always took the front bumper off just to give more space. bolts behind the headlight can be a bit tricky to get it.

Make sure you mark your fender bolts before you take it off to ensure alignment when you reinstall. White out works well.

Can you do little favor for me? After you done that can you put here few hi-res photos with fender taken off?

I also use a pry bar and sawzall along with the sledgehammer.

hot rod tv drills a couple holes with small bit for realignment. thought that may be helpful for you

How about removing the "rear" fender? As it's part of the majority of the skin on the rest of the car (roof included). How would go about that if they needed to replace their driver's side rear fender?
