Sagging Door...
My drivers side door is sagging from the hinge, I think its from just normal wear and tear cuz its a '92, but i was wondering if i would be able to fix this? Or will i have to just buy a replacement hinge? whats easier...

REPLACEMENT HINGE. Mine is somewhat sagging also, and sometimes pops when i open it. Its bad enough to the point where if I open the door all the way it hits the fender. Just replace the hinge and you should be fine. Just make sure you have someone there to help you hold the door as you unbolt it.

Make sure not to enlarge/mess up the holes on the body side for the bolts that go through the hinge. The hole kinda cracked on my old camry one time from years of letting it sag and pretty much I had to live with it loose cause no shop would even touch it for a reasonable price.
Not too mention how heavy the sc doors are. I would replace it soon.

the front is up, but the rear of the door is sagging about an inch or so, but when i close the door it pulls itself upward, so i can close it fine. sometimes i have to slam it to close it...

ReLX,
Your instruction left out one REALLY important step. There is a locating pin in my hinge. loosen the bolst all you want and that puppy won't budge with a single jack small sledge. After backing off the bolts a turn, you must hit that pin that sticks out "really hard" to seperate the inside hinge plate from the outside hinge with the frame in the center. I fought my hinge for half an hour without moving my hinge even a thousandth. Gave that pin a resounding whack and the door settled in front of my eyes. This is a two man job and you will set it and reset it a couple times. Mark the rear of the frame so you can see how much further you are adjusting the hinge from the original posit.
Good luck,
John

Cool, I was trying to do this in my sc. I loosened all the bolts, and not an inch budged! I gave up and just tightened them all back up again. My doors on both sides are sagging about 1/16th an inch. Just enough to make them harder to shut.
So the pin? anybody have picks of where it is? How can you pound on it? Basically hammer it as hard as possible? how do you get enough room?
