Headlights...Good...Bad...?
Ok so...I was drivin to school this morning, about 5 below zero outside! No snow or ice whatsoever on the road except for this ONE patch. Figures I turnin the corner, car starts to turn about 45 degrees then...goes straight from there wheels turned and everything and I slide right into the back of a delivery truck at a 45. Damages...foot long crack in the front bumper, both headlight supports broken, and the drivers side high beam support broken. So...im looking at the bright side, was wondering about these headlights, wondering what you guys think. Or if you all have better places to buy them for cheaper than $255 a pair, or if you have nicer ones in general from somewhere else...

Sorry to hear that, -Samurai-. It could have been worse, I guess. Glad you're okay and, for the most part, your car. I assume the headlights broke since you want new ones but if for some reason your headlights aren't broken, I'd first clean your headlights because I did mine (on the outside only, though, not inside) and it looks so much nicer and cleaner.
I'd think the chrome ones would flow better with the rest of the lights (high beams, fog/cornering lights) but the black ones might not reflect as much light, not sure, which would look good if you just had the projectors on and not any city light bulbs in/on, would make the projectors a little more distinct and prominent. Surprisingly, I haven't seen any pics of these two styles of headlights on cars, only photoshopped, I think. They look like the default eBay ones. I wish they looked more like the Supra (or oem) headlights layout, where there are three projector-style light cutouts and a clear cover. What I would do is just have the projector on and no city light bulbs in or you could do various other setups. I wouldn't get these headlights, though, I'd probably see if there are some cheap, used oem headlights on eBay.

Mmm...Supra SC I wouldn't pay $200-300 for just the clear covers, though, especially on my budget. I do think clear/delined (i.e. Supra) looks very clean and you'd be able to see the projectors more clearly.

i'm also planning on getting those black headlights for my car b/c my stock ones right now are so danm ugly plus the supports and adjustments are broken and my lights are too low at night..and just b/c the brand new stock headlights are just to expensive...
