Width of the wheels would help a lot, but we also need to know the style and purpose that you're going for. Are you looking for all-season tires, summer tires, etc. Stretched, flush, or mushroomed?

Throw in some more details and we can help out a lot better

Im rolling on 245/45/17 Falken FK452's. Ive only had them on for about 2000 miles so I cant tell you about treadwear. As far as noise goes......Very quiet on the highway, Im sure they dont compare to a michelin but they arent nearly as expensive. Very good wet/dry handling.

Kumho SPT's are what I use. I love them and they were relatively inexpensive.

Are you looking for an all-season or a summer tire? You need to be a little more specific.

Can you really put a 275 tire on an 8 inch wheel?
