^^ your offsets are > than his . With his spacer addition on all corners his offsets have become aggressive.

You can go smaller or remove your front spacers and just stretch the rears.I say mild pull on fenders for that added clearance and some neg. camber help.
On my fronts i have a 19X8.5 +30(5mm spacer included) 245/45 very low and i turn w/o rubbing.Just an idea.
Also, IMHO i LOVE wide rears tires/wheels on an sc(& my MK4's)

why have such sweet rims and deal with 215 or a 225 tire just to fit it in.

you need to decide if your doing this for looks or for actual performance.

if for looks, sure stretch the heck out of them.

if for performance, do what you need the right way, roll/pull so you can run some real tires in the rear (275's).

I just dont see the point in spending so much to have tires that arent as wide as the stock ones. seriously, someday an SC W/stock alloys is gonna blow right by you on a hard turn and you will want to cry.

You got a point and that's what I'm thinking over and over.

I'll leave the 275 on the rear and pull the fender like half inch. As for the front, I can't lower the spacer size due to installing a LS400 caliper. I might go 225/35 front and trim/pull the fender a bit.

that sounds like a good plan, don't compromise the rear.

I wanted to, but I only have 8.5 F and 9.5 rear. Maybe in the future 10 F and 13 R... I'm delusional.

Don't really know. He charged me $300 for the 4 fenders since I'm getting it repainted.

I don't really know how it will look like when he said he's going to pull it. I guess he did a great job.

PM replied.
