Default Wiring issues.

Does anyone know what the bundle of wires in the driver side fender does. Its an 93 sc300. i originally had coilovers on and it rub through the plastic guard and pretty much tore all teh wires apart. now i have no turn signals, my climate control doesnt work, my wipers doesnt move and my car will sometimes go crazy and honk and flash the lights. it looks too much of a hassle to rewire it wire by wire. anyone knows where the wires leads to? or where it starts? someone told me it was plug and play connectors but its really long or something like that. i know someone on here must have had the same problems i did. it sucks driving in the rain with no wipers, no turn signals and no heater or ac control. Would Dynamic in Westminster be able to fix this?

rewiring by hand isnt that hard, just a bit of soldering and rerouting, any shop should be able to do it, if you have a soldering iron, solder, spare wire and some heat shrink shouldnt take more than 1-2 hours.
