The way I bolted in my corbeau A4s was:
Since I didn't have ANY rails on the corbeaus, I used some honda civic CX top-mount rails that i had to dremel (alot) and drill for each of the holes in the seat. Then that presented a problem is actually bolting it to the car. i bought a bar of 1/4" steel and bolted that to the rails, and then bolted the entire assebly to the existing mounting points on the car. This mod cost me a lot of time, but it cost 7 dollars in materials. The seats move like stock, and aren't adjustable, but are comfortable as hell and light as a feather.
I'll have pics when i post up my build thread.

I've heard 70-80 lbs on the stock power seats (each). I'm picking up some manual Supra seats that weigh substantially less (30-40 lbs each I've heard). Even on the much smaller Supra seats there's a big difference between the power and manual seats, we had the seats out of my friend's 98 TT and he couldn't believe how much heavier the driver's side was than the passenger side.

Yeah its ridiculous. It hurt my back holding the SC seats. After that, I felt like I could throw the Supra seats, its was that much lighter!
