Sorry to hear that man but good news is you can definately fix that
couple grand at the most.

When it's all said and done I bet your SC will look better than before.
Just make sure you check the front pillar and pull it straight.

Last time that happened to one of my cars I got a quote from the dealer,
got that sweet check, took to my trusty around the corner shop, got everything repaired + upgrades,
and then got the entire car re-painted!!
it's usually cheaper than matching the OEM paint.

I was very very sad at first, but later I was happy again.

thanks guys your making me feel better...i did come back from the doctor and my neck and back are tweeked so maybe i can get a little more cash as well. 97+ is going on for sure and new paint would be nice but i dont want to push it. do any of you thing i can get some vertex fenders out of it? oh there is a small problem. the truck shifted the front end so my driver side door will only open around 6 inches. engine seems to be fine. again thanks for the support.

vertex fenders are a bit pricy. BUT you might be able to pull off origin.

i had a Crown Vic cab hit my car. he broke the headlight and bent the fender. the hood was fine and bumped just cracked a bit. the crown vic was towed away on a flat bed and was considered totaled. our cars are tanks. thats nothing.

if you want an sc my boss is selling one of his cars. he has a 99 SC400. platinum silver with black interior, 77k on the clock. it has a rebuild title after a small accident. his was only a bit worse then yours. he replaced the hood, fender, headlight, and bumper. no frame damage or anything of that sort. hes asking 11,500. let me know if you're interested. the car is supre clean

no he didnt give me a tow. there was no way on earth i was gona let that guy touch my car. i took it to local body shop that a lot of people recommed and the owner said that he was currently working on two other cars that had been damaged by the same towing company. thats a stand up tow service. by the end of this i hope to own the tow company.

damn bro, sorry to hear that. i bet it sucks just having your car for a short while and something like this happens. but @ least the tow company should cover the damages, could have been worse, like an uninsured driver.

one of my buddies went under a flat bed, the driver gave him a free tow home! he got lucky i guess

id say the estimate should be for around 4k to 5k they might total loss your car if they do make sure u let them know u want to buy it back last time we did that it was $800 to buy the car back and another $1k to fix with new paint. i hope your pain isnt permanant i know what it feels like man ive kissed a couple of gaurd rails in my day take it easy
