Default Wheel hub/spacers so I can use 5x100 PDC wheels

Alright, so my brother got these pretty nice 18" wheels with tires and everything for his Scion TC. They're 5x100 lug pattern though. He said I can use them in the meantime while I save up for my own wheels and tires because he likes his Volks on there better. I don't drive my car hard and I don't intend on doing anythin crazy, but I am not confident with the safety of using wheel hub/spacers to use with different bolt pattern wheels. Tell me what you guys think and/or if you have any experience with them. Here are the wheels that I'll be using in the meantime:

Also, if you could suggest me a good brand to use or something, that'll be very helpful.

I don't think H&R makes 5x114.3 to 5x112 or 5x100 patterns. Only 120 and 130 if I remember correctly. I'd love to be proved wrong though..

^yeah. I hate that rear bumper on the accord too, but he's converting it to stock. That car have been out of commission for a long time, it's just lying there at home....the bottom end is all messed up after an oil line broke when we put a turbo kit on that car. But yeah, I think I am just going to deal w/ the ugly chrome lexus wheels for a while. I am not going to waste money on the adapters when it's only temporary.

1. You shouldn't interchange fwd wheels with rwd wheels
2. Fitment is a big concern when going through conversion
3. Use of hub adapters to change lug patterns is generally not a good idea
4. The wheels dont look that particularly great, especially because of the entire black face and red line, however, what color is your car?

I just found out that the wheels were originally 5 x 114.3 lug pattern, but the shop that he bought it from covered up the holes and redrilled it. They powder coated it black and put TRD center caps on it. My car is black, but yeah, I don't think I am going to deal with buying the adapter. I am just going to save up and deal w/ the ugly chrome rims on there now, heh.

I found some on ebay, just google up "5x114.3 to 5x100 adapter". But yeah, after reading about them, everybody advice against using it........however, I haven't heard it from anybody credible who used it and had problems.......it was all mainly opinions from ppl who won't use it.
