I see the seat kits on Ebay frequently, but am waiting to find one that has perforated middle sections. I'd prefer that, but won't complain if I find a killer deal. I can get free hog rings and tools from my fiance's father, whom owns an upholstery shop west of Chicago. He told me he'd help me get them on if I can't do it myself.

I'd rather spend like $450 than $700. (I'm sure most of you people would as well.)

They have the option for perforation. read my post on the first page.

Just email the company leather-seat on ebay.

Tell them that you saw this on CL and it was 500 shipped. They will give you any options you want for that price.

If you are using real leather I would think you will spend more just on materials than ordering from this company. Plus time is money and removing the old leather and making a pattern to me is worth it.
