People who sell parts on this forum
You guy don't even put any information on your profile
You got something to hide
We don't know anything about you especially new member. How do we know you're one of those...
Afraid people know your name, like and dislike. Where you live (city, state..) so that when you don't delivered the stuff we can't find you?
Don't mind me. Corvetteforum.com has a lot of guys came in selling stuff and never made the delivery. I just want to give our Lexusclub member a head up to check everything before doing business here.

On this subject I kinda agree. Personally if a business or supplier does not provide certain data on their web site such as street address and contact phone, then I usually avoid them.
Why hide? is a good point...
Of course it is easy to rip off you vette owners cause you are all knuckleheads anyway. Just kidding.

Yeah, have to agree with VQT and also add that some members are not who they say they are.. I have noticed a lot on this Forum a lot of retailers on this forum recently. Some people are acting like they are just consumers but, are not. Is there some kind of war going between the retailers or what? This has not happened just once but several times in different threads in this Forum. Something smells fishy.
Well, that is my conspiracy theory for the day.

You just brought up a good point. I will create a section on vendors that our members can vote on when it comes to providing good service.
This way when can have a good reference for members buying products. Give me a few days to come up with the structure of how it will work.

Also, I hope that all dealers and members use the CLASSIFIED area for the SC300 and SC400 rather than using the typical Thread to post their wares. Perhaps the moderators can move these threads there? (like you need more work to do eh?)
Just my 2 centavos amigos.

Yeah, weird people who show up hocking products after a couple posts make me very suspicious. If I see something from someone who's been around for a long time I feel a little better, knowing that they're just another owner trying to help everyone out. Reminds me of that guy trying to sell 2JZ-GTE motor swap instructions for $200 or something..
There's also a fine line, because there's the people trying to sell stuff, and then there's people who have stuff that they like and want everyone to know about. A lot of the issues V8 owners bring up here revolve around power and reliability, and if someone's got a product or a solution I want to hear about it. However, I don't want to see someone who registered yesterday yapping about how I should buy this or that.
My odyssey in search of more power started the day I bought my car. After wasting a lot of time with products that weren't made for my car or just plain sucked I went to a Club Lexus meet in August 2001 in Serramonte, CA. I met Leo and the WR gang there, and he told me he could get a lot of power out of my car. If I'd logged on to this site when I learned about it and seen dyno charts and all the stuff I've posted on intakes, exhaust and ECU I'd have been very happy. It's taken a lot of effort to get all this done, so my hope is that we can avoid generalization and just take things case by case.
One thing we should do is build up a FAQ and have it organized by tuner and product type.
