Well, three years later.... (New SC300 5-spd)
Just brought my new baby home today, since I got final approval from my new fiance on Thursday 
Specs:
1996 SC300
5-speed manual
60,107 miles
I'm very happy to have such a nice project car to start off with. Lots of mods to come soon! Right now planning on some wheels, Tein CS w/EDFC, built in laser/radar, and from there I'll go turbo Havent decided on a kit or doing another swap like last time.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner stock 5-spd SC out there for sale. And this one was local Actually though, I did meet a middle-aged woman who had a 1995 SC300 5-spd that had only 40k miles on it but she said she wasnt going to sell it till it hit 50k.

I wanted to keep it, but I decided it wasnt worth stretching myself that thin financially. I was still in college at that point, so money was always tight (especially with a $400/mo payment on my IS300). But I graduated and got engaged this past December. So now between my fiance and me, I have money to do whatever I want to the car Only thing holding me back a little is saving for the house down payment and helping pay for the wedding
