Default Stock 1995 Lexus Rims Painted!! LOOK!

Despite the negative response to painting them, I went and got the paint and sat down. It was a great day with lite winds. I think it looks good for a 8 dollar bottle of Rustoleum black paint. It took me about 4 hours without drying time...I had to jack every corner of the car up, one at a time. I put the wheels back on wet... lol. But when she was finally done. I though it looked astounding. Ive got a few places I need to go back and fix, but that will be saved for another great day like today.
Here are some pictures.

DONT ZOOM IN TOO CLOSE YOU CAN SEE THE IMPERFECTIONS!!!

That looks good! I have the same wheels and the clearcoat/silver paint has come off on all the spokes. I might have to try this...

I can help you if you would like. It will look a little better than mine, I know a better way to do it. I love the way it turned out. Mine was the same way, all of the stuff chipping off and junk...

I think it looks pretty sweet. Practice makes perfect! It would look really awesome with a red line around the lip like the Volk Timeattack series!

Maybe you need to make a round template from that thin cardboard/manila paper and that way it will be completely circular and smooth.
