For the headboard dash part, I just masked everything up and painted it. I just had to be extra careful, but that's how I got it to work. If the part is not easy to remove, I would suggest just masking it. As good masking job takes a little less time than removing the whole piece. I don't really see why you can't get to certain parts though, perhaps you can show me a picture of the part you're trying to get to?

basically its the part at the very bottom of the windshield... the very deep areas of the dashboard. and also the opposite sides of the vent area...

hello, I just wanted to know, will that spray can dye paint work on my seatbelts. I have white seatbelts and are filthy black/brown. I want to just dye it compelely black.
where do I buy that spray can dye from?

I used 5 just for the lower trim panels (doors and rear, plus center console). Add another 1 for the Dash. 2-3 For the pillar trim and rear deck. Figure 2 on the head liner alone. So I'd guess 10 - plus the clear coat and vinyl prep to go with it. Thats not counting the seats - which IMO I wouldn't do.
You can use less if you want, but I did multiple coats of black as well as the clear.
