falken tires don't know the series
i just emailed the guy to night, i've seen his listing for a few months now local. asking 1k i just offered him 900 tonight and he said that's fine but he's out of town until the 18th of march so i havent seen them in person yet but he's right down the street from me.

sucks $900 out of my swap money lol but i still have enough for my 1jz and already bought all my little things for the swap so i should be good
TSW (Tiger Sports Wheels) were originally made in South Africa. NOT sure that this is still the case, but I had a set on a BMW cabrio and the finish peeled after a year...Also we get VW Golfs here in Australia that were assembled in SA, and the quality is not up to Euro standards.

from tsw.co.ZA:

TIGER SPORTS WHEELS was formed in 1967 and has constantly expanded its production facilities and updated its wheel range every year. The first alloy wheels were exported in 1985 and, currently, TSW is exporting to 15 countries the main distribution centers both in the U.S.A. and the U K.

Not really feeling them. The huge arching spokes give a fake huge lip...

Lip is actually measured from the face of the wheel directly downwards then out to the edge...

Also, with those spokes will make the wheels look tiny when on the car...I say keep lookin for something else!

I know exactly what you're saying. It makes the spokes look slightly smaller because it curves inward and doesn't extend all the way to the lip/rim at the same level/distance as the middle part/hub. I used to have 17" wheels like this on my old Civic and I always hated that design of the spokes but when the wheels are rolling, it looks normal size and looked good to me. I think a straight, non-curved spoke design looks the best, though, but I guess if you're going to have a big lip, you can't have the spokes covering the lip, etc.

They would look great if you drove a grey G35, but on the SC I dont think they would look all that hot. Somethin about the spoke style that just doesnt flow with the SC's lines in my head...but then again, it could just be my head.

I don't know... I think any rim that looks good on a G35 would look better on a SC... I would go for it..couldn't hurt if you get a deal... they could be winter wheels...
