o well i know that to be more specific it blows air like it's on 4 bars... so there is no difference between 4 and 1 they blow the same but i can change the heat... it just annoys me how i leave on the heat to keep my windows defrosted but my contacts get so dry...

if your car is a 92-94

and you have a 95+ climate it will do that,

or the opposite
you car needs the climate from the correct series of years.

Yeah, I had that exact same problem when I replaced my 1992 climate control with a 1998 climate control. What I ended up doing was taking the working body of the 1992 climate control and swapping in the front (w/ working led screen) over. Something to do w/ the harness that does this.

Does it stay on stuck on the lowest speed...? If it does I'm willing to bet a large sum of money that its a Blower Resistor transistor, it has a funny name but thats what it may be... P/N-88750-24050 its only a good Lexus P/N because SC's have auto A/C and supra's dont.

At least yours doesn't try to turn your car over like mine does....I have the wiring book for the SC, I can probably find out the location of the blower resistor for you
