I took my passenger headlight out to clean and TRY to prevent recurrent condensation. The unit is cleaner but still has condensation issues (CRAP!).
At what point do you throw in the towel and go out and replace the assy, either with a used/new unit?
You HAVE to make sure not to use a water based sealant when resealing the lights. I use "Hondabond" which is a automotive gasket compound. Works great!
