Yeah this is one of the older versions. Is it really bad that I thought the wheel specs were kinda weak. I mean for a 50mm widebody I would have suspected 13 and possible negative or zero offsets. oh well. Amazing car and the parts list is actually something that is fairly achievable for most with a good job an owning their SC for a good amount of time.

Nice looking car, but whoever buys it is paying (in part) for the name. The concept that the parts are worth more (and don't for get the labor) is irrelevant. How many "built" cars sell for less than the parts, not to mention adding in the cars un-modded value.
Turn key cars are nice, but almost always seem to be better for the buyer than seller.

If you think about it, buying an sc, and doing a 2jz-gte swap would run you around 6k-9k. Turbo kits probably around 3k-5k for a good kit. Fully building the engine around 10k-15k.. Suspension parts up the **** maybe 2k-4k. Rims of your choice $500-2k. Aero budget around 4k. Acrylic windows 1.5k. Interior with rollcage around 3k. Decent paintjob 3k. So lets add it up..
Your looking to spend around, $33,000-$46,000. The other $30k-$40k He's asking for went into the car's reputation. But also keep in mind, he most likely didnt spend too much on the car, as it is sponsored by many companies. If anything I would rather spend my money building that car myself then to buy it. That way you get a better sense of pride, and $30k in your pocket haha.
Just my 2cents..

Thats not completely true... I have a back issue of "Modified Mag" September 2004 Issue, and it says it has a Japan car has a 1JZGTE too. There is a "typo" in the specs it reads "Toyota 3.0L 1JZGTE inline-6", but in the pic its clearly a 1JZ..
