Default just recieved my new used headlights, but w/ a problem..

i just got 2 used headlights that i ordered today in the mail today, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...EWA:PIC&ih=008 looks really clean but except that the driver side headlight has a loose parking light cover inside the lens itself..has anyone ever have this kind of problem before and knows how to get back in place? it seems almost impossible to get it and put it back in place, don't want to open it up or anything to it. i already email the guy for a replacement, hopefully it will work out...

your best bet is to crack that bad boy open. really easy, and you can reuse the glue if you open it right. lots of DIY on the site. basicly, 200 deg. for about 5 min, check every minute, and just pull it open using oven gloves or wet newspaper. tighten, and if you are fast enough, you shouldnt even have to reheat em to reseal.

also, great find! 100 bucks for 2 headlights, jez

Read the ad....It's just for one headlight, but $99 is still good for just one even

Very good deal, I paid 200 bucks for 1 ... and had the same problem. I can't offer words of wisdom however because I had my mechanic install it.

You can buy kit for that. It looks like spray can with a tank for a paint. But will be better if you will buy a spray gun, i found mine for $15, it's maybe cheap but good enough for me.
