Lexus SC: the tank of a car that saved my life

Last night i was out with a friend of mine who drives a 95 sc400, we were coming home from a party at around 3am on the way back to his house and he was cruising at around 90mph. The road was an empty 2 lane road and it had some sweeping curves on it, and as we approached one right hand curve, we drove over a wet spot and the back end came out from behind us and we started sliding sideways towards a telephone pole, somewhere along the way, the car flipped over on the roof and we took out the telephone pole. There was some broken glass and i dont know what else, but as soon as it ended, i asked my friend if he was ok, and he said yes. we unlocked our seatbelts and fell to the roof of the car. now the windows and doors wouldnt open, luckily a passer by came and ripped the doors open for us and we got out. We walked away without a single scratch... The SC and the telephone pole werent so lucky, the pole was snapped like a toothpick.
The moral of the story: Dont drive 90mph on a curvy two lane road, and if for some reason you do, hope to god its in your SC. The sturdiness of that car amazes me, how likely is it i would have lived through that in anything but an SC.
