the fee of 29000USD is the taxes we have to pay when we register a car for the first time in norway..but when car changes owners, we have to pay something from 300USD for cars older than 12years and up to 4300USD...just to change owners...
And no we do not make a million dollars each years..but the minimum salary pr hour is a bit more than in the US...

Welcome aboard! You said the seats need replacing, but before yo go replacing the whole seat, look into some new covers/leather (you may have meant that). Pretty cool that there aren't many of them there where you live, time to clean her up and turn some heads! Good luck with her

You got some nice cars there. The BMW 7 looks very up-to-date and clean. Sharp station wagon, haven't seen this car before. Not sure exactly what country a citroen xantia would be made.. I'm guessing England or around in the area (Europe).. $5500 sounds a lot better than 29000. I think mesh wheels with a lip would look nice on your SC or black wheels with a lip.

I thought Austria is expensive, but thats crazy! 29k for the first time registration is ridiculous!
As for the gas prices it's a little bit cheaper compared to Norway. A litre (95 octane) is around 1,20 Euros (= $1,88). So a gallon is $6,20...still too expensive!
Citroen are French cars.
