you would have to pull back the carpet left to the brake pedal...you might have to give it a good tug just be careful not to rip it like i did

How do i change the bulb in the tail light?take the whole light out?

Yep, kind of a pain in the *** the first few times but it gets easier.

Also, I think you need to bring the carpet back to get to the fuse box in the interior. I looked for it last night.
