thanks for the love guys, it's definetly getting rolled then dumped!

i tried driving on them today which didn't work so in the next week or so i'll get it prepped.

i was leary about putting on stang wheels myself but i'm in the middle of doing a 1jz swap too so i wanted some budget wheels that had good offsets and widths in my budget..

now i get to swap and have some rollers, beats stock lol

oh yeah those FR500 wheels will look hot, i kinda wish i went with those, but you can never go wrong with 5stars i played it safe. the lips on the FR's will be awesome though

In the 2nd picture it looked like you wouldn't want to drive any at all before rolling those rear fenders.

I'm waiting to see the "post rolled fender" look. My guess is it'll be phenomenal.

Oh, and I think the bronze wouldn't look too great. I'd suggest a darker gray, but I'm sure most will say "gun metal is played out" .

yeah i definetly was not able to drive on them

i'll have some quality pics up when its all ready, i actually thought about gunmetal too, just figured bronze or gunmetal would make them look a little less saleenish, these replica's are called "speedstars" i always refer to them as that rather then saleens lol

the 18" one is heavy as F#(k! i mean really heavy. i'm not really worried bout wheel weights myself though.

5sp_jzz30 - yeah part of me wishes i would have went with all 18's but at the same time i like the 17/18 look too, i think since they don't have a lip to show how staggered they are the 17/18 combo helps, the 18's would be nice to so i could have a more even stance and slammed street look..

next tax return though i'd like to get a set of really nice wheels though, i'm thinkin CCW's.

Also, we get a $600 tax rebate in May-June so that should help our mods out, a little. Yeah, I've really wanted CCW Classics ever since I laid eyes on them. I know I would be **** about them if I bought them new, though, since they're so expensive, etc. I'd really like to buy some used wheels but sometimes it's not always possible to find certain rarer designs/styles such as the CCW Classics (and similar BBS/BBS replicas), especially locally.
