Anyone I can send my fogged headlight to?
After purchasing 2 new headlights for my 94 SC, one of them started fogging up. Its drives me absolutly crazy, I tried some things that I read on the forums but it keeps occuring. Is there anyone who I can send the headlight to who really knows what they are doing? It ruins the look of the car.

Bake then clean all the moisture out (after wiping down i let them sit disassembled for and hour with plenty of air) and reseal then use Permatex flow able silicone sealant and run a bead along the top let sit for an hour then flip over and seal the other side and let the whole thing sit for 24hrs. Then check and make sure you filled in all the cracks and gaps in the original glue let dry for a few hours and reinstall.

Do what everyone else said, if they start to yellow use Meguiars Plastx Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish and a microfiber towel and they will look new. I just pulled the turn signal bulb and the headlight bulb out and let them sit in the sun for about an hour, but I live in AZ and its hot here with zero humidity.

I had the same problem with condensation. Baking/cleaning/resealing made them look better ... but did not solve the condensation problem. Before you do ANYTHING else, try this:
Stuff a number (I used 10) of those silica gel packs that come in show boxes, etc. (to absorb moisture) into the back of the headlight assy. These will absorb the moisture and (hopefully) clear up the condensation.
You can polish your headlights but that will not clear out the water ...

Yeah, i mentioned if they yellow to use PlasteX it wont clear up the fog. Make sure the signal bulb/projector bulb seal isnt the problem before you reseal the whole thing... Mine only needed around the bulbs. Just FYI.

someone had success with drilling holes in the black housing (bottom). copied that (drilled 22 small holes) and the problem went away. it rained overnight and usually id wake up to foggy lenses, not anymore!
