Default Window retainers help

Hi people
Does anybody know how to change window retainers (shown on the pic )

Mine are way too worn. I've already stripped the doors trim. The problem is I dont really know how one can extract the window without braking it /.. well, any instructions would be appreciated. Thanks.

nb i've tried to search but found nothing on the matter...

you have to take out the two bolts that hold the window to the regulator.
you have to take off the sideview mirror, and remove the chrome molding on the outside.

and then you can slide the glass out of the track.

Thanks for the responses. I've managed to replace the retainers without window removal. You just need to unscrew the left and right rails and lower them slightly. In that way you can position the window in a way so what you can get to the retainers. Do that one at a time. The main goal is accomplished - the horrible squeking sound gone away. As for painting - its no good, the upper plastic layer was eaten to metal (as you can see in the pictures), so I figured it was the source of that annoying sound.
