removal of sc300 1999 fogs

i got one screw off and the other screw toward the back that sticks out a but seems to turn but its not coming out any idea how to get the fogs off

there is a bolt on the top and side, and a nut on the back. you've gotta feel around a little bit to figure it out.

thanks got it my fogs are yellow but not as yellow as i was expecting
