The LX470 won
Well, that's my dad's 2002 Infinity Q-45 in the background there.... and my poor SC400, w/ it's winter rims and tires. (16" Fitipaldi's)

That is a real ouch there! Guess I missed the post on what happened? I test drove a Q45 a few months back. Good power and all but way too low to the ground, the least bump in the road bellied the bottom. Anyway, good luck on getting it fixed back to where you want it.. now what hapened?

I was over for my GF's birthday, and parked my car in the same exact spot as I always do (for the past 3 months). And we all pilled into his LX470, and I began to tie my shoe as he pulled out of the garage. He turned as he backed out of the garage right into my rear end. Kinda funny to be in the car that hit your car. His SUV bumper, as shown completely missed my bumper -- He only got a few scratches on his bumper. But not so for me. It's going into the shop on wednesday or so. And I'm 18, so I'm not gonna be able to get a rental or a loaner -- they don't even give me one when I go & get my car serviced @ the dealership. (Sigh)

It is my understanding that most car loan companies will NOT rent a vehicle to anyone under 21 or 22, period. The insurance companies will not cover loaners for those under that age. I would assume that it has been challenged in court but who knows. You could challenge the loaner companies. Get ready to pony up five or six hundred thousand dollars in attorney fees. Who knows, you might win!!!!!
