Default Someone hit my SC400, question about bumper upgrade

Ok so yesterday, someone scraped my passenger side fender and bumper with their truck. I got their information, and I'm gonna get paint/body shop quotes on monday. Its not really that bad, not dents just a big scrape.

My car is Red 95 SC400. I was thinking since the body shop is gonna repaint the fender and bumper. How would my car look with a 97+ bumper. Would it look fine without changing the rear bumper etc?

Also where can I get 97+ bumper besides the dealership? Junkyards in my area don't have any.

check groupbuy section, carson has it brand new for $250 + shipping. it would look good with just the front bumper upgrade on a 95 to 97+, if you want it perfect you have to do the entire 97+ body upgrade.

I didn't want to change the rear bumper or side skirts. Kinda don't have the money for it now. But it won't look bad that without them right.
I know on some aftermarket aero cars look weird with a low bumper and no side skirts, this oem and shouldn't make to much of a difference

Can you guys send me your pics

Yes, it'll look good with just a 97+ front bumper, and maybe later you can get the other pieces, sides and rear. 97+ body is classy.

they charged me: 250 front bumper, 60 grille, 80 shipping. i don't think the lights are on sale but give it a try. $500 shipped including lights would be a steal.

they quoted me around $60 shipped. I just need to decide if I need to the fog lights from them, since they are $125 a piece plus I need the a bumper foam support piece.

I had the same experience a few months back where someone hit my front bumper. Decided to upgrade the front while I'm at it. If I had the extra money, I would've done the whole conversion. But the front will do for now.

A few pics are on here.

Got my parts from Carson as well.
Cost me $335 for the front bumper, $85-front grill, and $255 for both fogs, all picked up.

i just bought from carson i THINK, he has a special going on right now for the 97 front bumper, 250 something i believe, check the vendor section!

the 97 bumper is lower than the 95, so it will look a bit off but it does still look better
