Okay man, I know your going to be pissed, but I can't find the wiring diagram you posted. Have everything in and playing. Man, the new JL 500/5 is nice. Not a hint of any noise in the system. Anyway, I need the wire color for the power antenna lead. I found everything else, but the wire I think it is isn't working. One more look ol buddy. I'll be posting pics soon.

Hey it depends on the system you have, but for the premium and stock sound systems (NOT the Nak) the wire is the LARGE PURPLE wire -- it should be right along with the large red wire.

Lex, there isn't a large purple wire at the wire harness behind the radio. I'll owe you a big one if you can get that wire color.
Sure would like to listen to the radio. Love the cd, but missing my FM. Also, have you done anything about the trim plate?? Have a couple of ideas I'd like to run by you.

Shane, I honestly don't have the time to take the install apart again to check that wire, but i'm pretty sure it's in that thread where I posted all the colours. Wish I could remember, thought it was Pink, if no one else posts it, i'll take it apart and check for you, but I won't be able to do that until the weekend. Check Hellasboy's site, lexusport.com, he's supposed to be posting the diagrams for Adam Butler. Like I said, if no success, i'll get you that info, glad to help one of the few guys on here that's also seen some serious timeslips. How are those pics comin'?

Understand about tearing apart. My bulbs just went out on my temp control **** (auto/temp) just cleaned the contacts, hope that takes care of it. They haven't posted yet (diagram). I just can't believe no one on here knows the color. Having power steering problems again. New pump making noise in the morning when starting. Hope the racks not going south. I'd hate to have to sell this thing after i just spent all this time on the stereo.
I'll post pics as soon as i can. Waiting on them to cut the plexiglass for the amp rack. Just got through putting most of the trunk back together. Still have right side to do. Have to finish the small enclosure were the changer was. Install turned out great. You've got to put 6 1/2 in the doors!! What a difference with a 100 watts going into them. Outstanding front staging.
Sure would like to see that trim plate.

Yeah, the trim plate came out great in carbon fibre, i'll snap a couple pics for ya when I get a chance, took awhile to cut it. Then again, not as long as it took to cut my plexiglass for the trunk, that was fun. PS problems again? So sorry, brother, have you tried bleeding the air from the system before you suspect the rack? I plan on doing spkrs as my next thing, it's just been a bit hectic for me lately, wish cloning technology was further along....
P.S. - Now I admit I may be a bit burnt, but something tells me it's a pink wire, if no one confirms this i'll find out for you.
