My new 97 5Speed SC300!
Hey guys/gals this is my new project car. I am in the process of putting my IS300 back to stock and selling it because i bought this beauty. It's a 1997 SC300 5speed 49K orginal miles. I bought the car over the weekend from the original owner. The car is in great shape and will be given the supra swap treatment coming this winter and my v160 is going in it along with a gs430 rear end with trd lsd. Let me know what you all think also got some cool stuff with it the original SC300 book from the dealer and a 1998 car and driver when the compared the car too its rivals and it kicked there asses. Again let me know what you think, Curt

If you are doing a compete 2JZ-GTE swap please make sure that low mileage 2JZ-GE and W58 finds a good home. That's really low mileage so someone would love to have that I'm sure. I also have a 97 5speed, but for those that don't I'm sure they'd love to get that setup from you when you go GTE with a V160.

Nice SC300! You got lucky, only 120 SC300's came in manual in 97'! What size rims are those? 17 or 18? I wouldn't go for an engine swap if I were you. Its going to be hard to find a 2jz-gte with that low mileage. Just turbo the stock engine if you want.
