i never expected the production numbers on these sc's to be so low, and before i wanted a 95 5spd but now that i see the weight difference I'm not complaining from a 92 owner.

As for why the weight dropped in 96' and 97, I don't know. Maybe Lexus installed lighter parts in response.

Took a few more pounds out, weighed 3,200 without me in it (down from 3,220). Still has back seats in it even. 
Eventually I'll get a carbon fiber hood, and I've got the Greg Welds (still need the fronts) to go on at some point too which will save some weight.
Also going to be taking off the Superdrager and putting a lighter weight catback on it at some point too.
