If it is not sarcasm, don't you think that knocking on someone, whether it be a tercel or not, with an obvious passion towards their car, is somewhat, rude?

I am still trying to weed out the difference between the snobby lexus owners and those who are stricken with sarcasm within their comments.
yeah sorry bud there was sarcasm laced in there

to all of those who are *****t!ng on this mod...yapping about this that & the third, saying its a lexus, saying its ugly, saying its made out of a foam material, saying others are starting to take after us....GET YOUR FACTS CORRECT AND RESEARCH BEFORE LOOKING LIKE FOOLS. About all you can give input on before looking like idiots is your personal taste on wether it suits to your likings or not. Before anything, done correctly with the appropiate item...is neither rice or tackey...and take it from one who is very damn anti-rice. i'm all about subtle, clean yet tasteful mods. and modifications to our cars is to personalize them, to make ours unique and different no matter if its a brabus amg s63 m-benz, or a 32' rat rod chopped ford roadster. let me shed some light on the ones who claim others are taking examples from us....this mod is a version of what SCCA members and hard core track enthusiast have been doing for years...the bmw guys who track race their e36 m3's and have been fabricating funtional splitters for as long as i remember

now the home depo front lip mod serves little funtion (downforce) and is purely for looks, imho....i dont think it looks bad at all....of course u have to understand that this is a DO-IT-YOURSELF mod, so if you have no handy skills or knowledge of basic rules, your modification will look like trash....so, before you guys keep bad mouthing this...do keep that in mind. here are a few nice examples of the home depo mod:

thanks gspec...i think people in here get to carried away with the "its a lexus" thing...i've owned a wide variety of cars, from american, german, japanese & british and i understand each has their crowd but the lexus pool tends to do this often. i'm about clean, sleek styles with form and function in mind. if i can create something as or better then something mass produced costing upwards of $500 for under $30 im all game. and i have the satisfaction in knowing i fabricated a lip that looks both good and nobody else has another identical to mine.

SO does anyone wanna tell us how to do this homedepot lip (the garden divider one) ??

Mine has a huge crack, and a couple days ago, i hit an entrance and now there is another little crack on the other side

I am thinking about just doing the garden divider because front lip is getting rarer\more expensive to find.

I still think that its possible to make a nice lip.It would require some fiberglass and some filler, followed by paint though. Not just slap on the garden divider.

To each their own i guess.
