tint on tails, headlight, and sides

It's different-looking. Maybe you should put another layer or two of tint on the top of the tail lights and it might appear blacker/darker and blend in more with the body; currently, the top-half of the tails look kind of maroon/dark red with the mix of the orange and black. Or I think the top painted red or the entire tails painted or tinted all-black would look good also.
The high beams look kind of different and interesting tinted (gray-ish), though. I think the SC's high beams should be prominent and stand out since it's one of the things that makes the SC an SC and different from other cars. I kind of like the eyelid tint. I think tinting the headlights might look cool with just the clear/chrome high beams visible. Not sure if transparent black paint would be better than tint for that, though, for the most light output, etc.
