Default Cleaned up the SC300

After having half the passenger side door bandaged up with ducttape for 30 days due to a blown window regulator...I decided to clean her up nice once the work was finished.

Here's how she looks after Griot's Garage clay bar treatment, machine polish #3 and Meguiar's NXT finishing wax. The paint feels and looks smooth - considering it's the original coat from the factory...

Next up is a R-12 to R-134 conversion.

You know it came out pretty nice when you can clearly see the sky on your hood. Clean!

I could, but with the hills and road situation in Connecticut, I'd end up with holes in the bottom of my exhausts, and a torn up front lip...maybe one day.

R12 is hard to come by in CT and I have gotten quotes of upwards of $100 per pound for the gas...

I'd rather pay $10 a pound for the cheaper R134a when the time comes!
