hey guys i have a 97 sc..and want to get sc430 rims .I was wondering if anyone had pics of an sc that has those rims so i can see what it looks like?

I wouldn't do it either. Go for the IS rims.

im just looking for cheap set of rims that look better than the stock ones that are rusted and corroded

get a set of supra turbo wheels or is wheels. both can be had inexpensively if you look hard enough

i got a set of stern 18's with tires for 400 bucks a few months ago. do just look on here for wheels. people ask too much money because they think lexus is god. look on local forums and other car forums as well. craigslist is your friend as well. 300zx, 240sx, 350z, rx7, rx8, nsx, sti(some), skyline....just some of the cars whose wheels can fit our cars. along with a ton of inexpensive used jdm wheels off of ebay.

I too am looking to replace my very rare (but stock) 16" wheels. I JUST SAW a new set of SC430 wheels on Craigslist here in Orlando for $600. You can mount the wheels with or without the center cap. They look good (5 spoke) without the huge center cap.

ANY advice on stock wheels (lexus) for the SC400 would be appreciated. I like the IS wheels that you mentioned ... could someone provide some links to using other model stock Lexus wheels on an SC?

I suggest a set of supra wheels too. I had the 430 wheels on my sc for a couple of months while my rims were getting shipped....it was ugly and embarrassing.

another downer for the SC430 wheels is that they weight about 10 000 lbs each and will make your car ride like hell.

i would honestly rock steelies before i ever put the SC430 rims on my car, they are just plain horrible our cars IMHO

I said very rare STOCK wheels for a reason ... because they are. I've only seen three sets of these things in my entire life. I have no idea why they are so rare but they are. Look at my car ... they have no spokes, they are a mesh design.

I rather rock the rust than the 430 rims...If you want something inexpensive and looks good get some gs stocks
