Hello from Canada - Imported a Toyota Soarer TT
Hi,
I have recently imported a 1992 Toyota Soarer TT (1jz-gtte, 5sp manual).
69000km, immaculate condition, black!
Looking forward to learning about the Soarer/SC300/SC400.
I will create a cardomain site if anyone is interested in having a peak at the new ride!
I think its a great car that just needs a few touches to make it look really good (thinking of doing tails in candy apple red, and buying those black high/low beam set from ebay).
Definitely missing the torque from the supra world though. I spin the wheels a lot on the Soarer for some reason..

good job man. That motor is truely a beast. straight up bullet proof. All kinds of mods available, and you got the motor available for tuning that toyota has ever produced. Have some fun and post some pics of your new baby

It's surprising how quickly I adapted to RHD. I love it now, prefer it over LHD! The cars in Japan are in way better condition then anything over here. I will be importing another RHD car after I sell my supra.

.2 of my friends so far who has skylines all needed to rebuilt either their turbos or entire engine.
Im not saying i dont like them because hey are RHD, i dont like them because they are not as luxurious as the lexus, its sort of like BMW but no automatic doors, its just weird to me.
On the other hand, love the 2.5tt and the 5-speed

LOL i doubt that, my friend EXPORTS cars from japan and trust me, the cars that comes here are the cars dont sell there, i wonder why .

. You cannot compare any of the vehicles in North America to the ones you can get your hands on over there...JDM buisnesses run through personal connections. If you don't got those connections you will only get crap. Its sad that so many importers are importing all this crap over here. I can say that I have the cleanest Soarer in Canada by far.
