Default need opinion on idea

I need CL fourm opinion on this. I work in Compton on a street that is commonly used for illegal street racing. And for myself , a guy that is commonly seen and been to illegal street races in Hunts point NYC, being i was born and grew up in the east coast, the police here are slow to react to racers. I work at a very large company with plenty of parking spaces. Which over look the races. How many people would be interested in a met in the industral part of compton overseeing the illegal races. Could not promise any racing if strong police presence. But without getting spectator tickets from the sherriff dept , being the met would be in private property and close by a steel gate. I have the keys to the company due to being a supervisor and security i'm in trusted with property and it's contains. Just a meet all lexus no peeling out of tires, dumb **** . how many people would go?

Bad idea. Unless you own the property it's still a bad idea. Nice way to get canned for bringing a whole bunch of people not employed by the company you work for onto company property.

I don't know about the rest of you. But I don't build cars to take to street races so the cops could impound them, or worst yet, crush em because they twist everything and say I was a participant.

Racing should be done on the track in a controlled environment. I wouldn't show up to an event like this. But that doesn't mean other kids won't.

Wow you would risk your job. You can count on your own conduct but you cant count on anyone else not doing something stupid and getting you fired. Plus to top off that its illegal racing. Bad idea IMO

not worth it b/c it is your place of employment - find somewhere with similar conditions that you dont work at!

That would be hella sketch. Ive attended meets like this in the bay area and the same thing always happens..Helicopters, cars, people getting pulled over at gun point. My SC seems to be a police magnet. I daily drive it as if it were 100% stock. Im 100% sure that if I did attend this meet I would either have an officer waiting for me outside the private property or tag me on the way up. Thats why I grew out of the street racing scene years ago.
