problem w/ my lowbeam harness...
a few weeks ago my passenger side low beam light bulb was acting funny, i thought it was burnt but come to find out it wasn't..whenever i plug a bulb in the harness it will start flashing just like a popo's car and for some reason the highbeams are also trying to turn on as well?? so now i just tapped right onto the driver side harness just so i'll have some light on the passenger side, now the harness is just dangling around..anyone ever had similar problem like this before? could this also be the reason why my 6000k HID bulb that i tapped from the driver side harness is turning yellowish?

no, the high beams are still connected to it's original harness, only the passenger side low beam connector is dangling, so basically now the passenger side and the driver side is running off the same connector. but even if i connect the passenger side low beam w/ a regular or HID bulb while all other connectors are connected it's still doing the strobe light effect....

Do you have an hid kit with a relay/fuse harness? I am running this type of harness where it plugs into the driver's side to only get the signal, but no power. The power comes straight from the battery.
If you are using the direct plug and play kits that connect straight to the headlight harnesses then they might be signs of failure in the near future. The stock harness may already be partially burnt which will give it a bad connection.
Anyhow, have you checked the fuses on the harness and the engine fusebox? Kind of weird to have it happen all of sudden when it was working fine before.
Could also be the aftermarket hid kit. May be a problem with the bulbs/ballasts.

Have you switched the ballasts as well? Might be a good idea just to rule them out if you have not already.
I think most likely its an issue with the passenger side harness as you have a plug and play kit. May want to invest in a relay/fuse harness as it does not draw all that startup power from the stock harness. It may only be time that your drivers side will do the same thing. Mine is a pnp kit too, but I bought the relay harness separately to avoid frying my stock harness. I believe you can get the harness from one of the forum vendors for about $20 here:

Hope things work out for you.
