Don't mean to thread jack but here are my tails with tint over them. Could have gone a shade darker but this works fine for me. At night they look completely black.

A fellow member from CL took film, water, and blow torch and put it on in less then a few minutes.

Not sure if there is a right up on this for putting film but there should be one for painting the tails.

Yes he did and he did a great job If anyone needs info on how to put film on the tails just send him a message and I'm sure he would be more than glad to give some advice.

good thing you're finally going for a change, I don't think you should completely remove the blacked out look, but turn it down a notch so the police won't notice you too much, like how rykwebb's set up is
