if you're going to do it, you're going to do it, the mpg is not going to stop you

Well, you get a lot less than 36mpg with a 1j or a 2j.

i'm getting 21-22mpg with 2jz/auto and basic mods

swapped or not think that's how much you should be getting unless you have a lead foot

lmao kiss that gas mileage on the GSR goodbye, i had a 95 GSR with a b16 trans before i went to my SC.. i was getting about 30mpg on the teg. i'd say depending on how spirited i drive i get 17 to 22 mpg with my auto 1jz sc.

cruise control on the interstate i think i've gotten around 26mpg, but other then that it sucks compared to the teg.. just the price you pay to drive around a 3800lb turbo luxury coupe.

If mpg is a major factor in your decision then you shouldn't get a gte motor.

Last trip I took to AZ I got 22.5 MPG at about 80-95 mph. City driving I am getting about 16 mpg. This is with a GE with K&N drop in and headers.

With my GTE swap, if I'm NICE to it, I'll get 16mpg, if I have some fun, it's like 12mpg. This is in the city, with a slight mix of short hwy driving. I haven't seen what I get on a tank with all hwy miles.

I usually drive like a grandma, so I get 22-24 mpg on my 1JZ with basic mods (Intake, exhaust) on stock boost.

We're getting the same MPG as we were in the last 40 threads.

re-re-re-re-repost. Just look around with that little search button.
