Default Z wheels on my SC?

i have a set of 18" 350Z wheels. i threw them on the SC today with a set of Motegi tuner lugs.

My question is, is it safe to use Motegi lugs on the Z wheels? From what i have researched, Toyota uses a seated type of lug, Nissan uses conical.

Most aftermarket lugs are conical. Toyota uses mag shanks. If the Motegi lugs are conical then you're good. I know the Z wheels are conical as well.

Why don't you just use your SC lugs? I would never throw aftermarket lugs with stock rims

the SC lugs are shank style. that means it's flat with a washer on the end.

the Z wheels use conical lugs like JspecSC3said. so the SC lugs wont really sit well even if i torque it down.

thanks JpsecSC3 for the info. these wheels are just temporary until i can get a nice set of wheels.

I put the factory lug nuts on my first set of aftermarket wheels and the lug nuts took off some of the finish where the washer sits. Thankfully the finish was already bad on them anyway but a newbie mistake I made and learned from.

Doesn't look bad at all, give it a drop and it'll look much better!

Do not use the Toyota lug nuts on anything except a Toyota alloy wheel.

do i need to be worried about these wheels wearing out my wheels bearings? the 350z wheels seem a bit heavy.
