^I believe it's one of those full-length wide rear-view mirrors, just with a lot of company stickers affixed to the backside.

lookin good milton... a friend of mine got his lips redone about a month ago.. looks sick.. volk gts w/ gloss black lips and stock gunmetal centers... looks pretty hard on a black sc.
